If a "Rescue-ACE" monster (except itself) is Normal or Special Summoned, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. This effect can be activated during the Main Phase or any time a monster is summoned outside of the damage step. 

When your opponent Special Summons a monster (except during the Damage Step), you can Special Summon a Level 4 or lower "Rescue-ACE" monster from your hand, Deck, or GY. This effect allows for quick follow-up plays and can help extend your plays or recover from opponent's plays.
