1. Setting a "Jurrac" Spell/Trap:

If Synchro Summoned, it can set a "Jurrac" Spell/Trap from your Deck or GY. 

2. Negating Special Summons:

As a Quick Effect, it can banish two Dinosaur monsters from your GY to negate the Special Summon of an opponent's monster and destroy it. 

3. Summoning Jurrac Meteor:

During your opponent's turn, it can banish two "Jurrac" monsters (including itself) from your GY to Special Summon a "Jurrac Meteor" from the Extra Deck, treated as a Synchro Summon.
