Fabled Realm's Revival

allows the player to set a "Fabled" Spell/Trap from the deck, excluding another copy of itself. It also prevents the opponent from activating cards or effects when a "Fabled" Synchro monster is Synchro Summoned. Furthermore, once per turn, by discarding a "Fabled" card, the player can either draw a card or Special Summon a "Fabled" monster from the GY or banishment. Only one "Fabled Realm's Revival" can be activated per turn.
